Version out-of date Error

I'm talking through Google Translate. I hope you understand.

I have two teamview commercial licenses, but suddenly I get the following message and I can't get support.

I'm having a huge disruption in my work, but I don't know how to do it.

Hope a quick fix.

Thank you.

    Hello @shane0422

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

This message appears if you are on an unlicensed device and try to connect to an older version of TeamViewer.

Use of the previous versions of TeamViewer require a license; if you have a license and get this error, please ensure the device you are attempting to use is licensed.

Should the issue persist, our support teams would be happy to further assist in the licensing issue.

    Hope this helps 🍀

    I have a lifetime Teamviewer 9 license.

    2 x TeamViewer 9 Business

**Do Not Post TeamViewer IDs** = **Do Not Post License Keys**

**Do Not Post TeamViewer IDs** = **Do Not Post License Keys** Dosn't work

I had a huge hindrance to my work.

    **Do Not Post Email Addresses**
