How can I raise a support ticket?

How can I raise a support ticket?   When I try the links I get into a circle and password not accepted and reset option doesn't send an email to my account. Any help much appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you kindly try the following steps:

    1) try again to request a password link

    2) check your both of inbox and spam mail folder for the reset email

    3) you may also find the ticket service on TeamViewer Community navigation bar

    Hi, thanks for the response. Have tried that and just gets me to

    and unable to login or get a password reset. have checked spam etc and nothing there. have tried on both chrome and edge in case any browser related issues. Any further suggestions?
