Problems connecting with Wiko View2 Go Android phone

Goodmorning,

i have problems connecting from a Redmi device to Wiko View2 device.

After installing the Quicksupport app and the Add-on Wiko (c) (selected automatically by QS), i'm still unable to control remotly the device.

Do you know any possible solution that can by applied?

Did you also activate the accesibility on the device?

Yes i activated the accesibility on the device after downloading (automatically) the Wiko add-on (c)

I still cannot connect to the device (only send messages in the shared chat, but cannot see and control the display)

Please try to install the universal addon. Hope this addon allows you to remote control your device (if your Android system is higher than 7). 🤞

I tried to install both Wiko add-on (c) and universal add-on with Android 8.

Still not working..
