Can't connect to specific PC?

Hi, I'm connecting to my clients PCs but there is one PC that I can't connect to it, other PC are working well.

When I connect to the ID it will run for a few secs but no password window came out and the "Abort" button will just turn back to "Connect" automatically with out any error msg.

I tried connected to the working ID and use it connecting to that specific pc using local IP, it just the same and more faster just only a sec the abort just turned back to connect button.

My client says it was conencted to the network and working with internet and can also access to their local server.

They already uninstall/reinstall the teamviewer but still the same. so any solution for this problem?

    Hello @ChanWei,

    I recommend you to first restart the TeamViewer service on your computer.

    If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.
