PLEASE - Cancel my subscription
I took a Remote Access License for 3 PC in March 2020. I used it extensively to work from home to my PC at the office.
Since February 2021 I no longer work on the company where I use to connect. The email registered to my license is the one of my company. I don't have any more access to the mail box belonging to this email address.
My user account space or console from Teamviewer does not show me anything about subscription cancelation or renewal for my license. I thought it was one payement only and I did not know, there was an automatically renewal.
Currently I don't have a job, I don't use TeamViewer anymore. I write you to ask you to cancel my subscription and to cancel the renewal. I receive last week a letter informing that it was the second notice notification to pay a bill for my renewal.
Could you please tell me who I need to contact to express my situation and to do the necessary actions ?
I tried to call the support phone number, but the person that answer me told me that my license does not give the right to call that number, only the ticket post on community.teamvioewer.com.
