I don't receive Trusted devices email

Anyone having issue with receiving Trusted devices email recently?

I freshly formated the office computer here and it says I will receive an email to put the computer on the trusted devices list, but I don't receive any email. I tried multiple time over an hour, and nothing yet, not even in the spam folder.


I try to communicate with the tech support to open a ticket but in order to do so, I need to log to my account, which I currently can't.


Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
