Remoting in

I have several PC's on my account to be able to access remotely to "fix" for family members. I am using the Free version 15.16.8, as is everyone else. As of lately (the last few days), I access their PC's, but after 10-15 seconds, I get popped off their PC, and it won't let me back on for 5 minutes. Are you having problems with your servers, or what has changed or what do I need to do to stay on their PC's for longer than 10 seconds? No settings have been changed on my PC or the remote PC's. Since I cannot speak to anyone at TeamViewer, please help me. Thanks. Bob98Champ
