Hello there,
My parents are abroad and are having issues with their phone.
Hence, we have installed teamviewer on their phone.
So then I can remotely connect to their phone to identify and resolve the issue as I cannot travel in pandemic.
However, when I try to connect remotely to their phone from my phone through Teamviewer its gives me an error No outgoing connection!
I really need urgent help as they are stuck in the house with phone issues and I cannot resolve that issue for them being in UK.
Can someone help me resolve this issue urgently??
