Jira Integration - "Create Session" button missing for some users

Hello,
I've just installed the plugin to our Jira Server (v. 8.14.1).
Problem is, I (as Jira administrator) can create the TeamViewer Session (wich is then added correctly as Ticket comment) but no one else can. The button isn't there.
Are there any rights or roles needed to be able to create the sessions?
