Invalid license error - Incorrect

I am just trying to find someone who can help me understand why this process is so difficult.

I bought two licenses a few years back, yet I cannot access or activate the license that used to be associated with my accounts. Someone please get back to me so I can manage my devices like I paid to be able to do.

Hi USURPER. May be your subscriptions got expired. Have you checked them ? You said you bought licenses few years back and I think those were not for life time may be, so check their validation.
