How I can connect monitoring Samsung phone without it ask permission.

I need to connect phone that anybody give permission. I can do that to my old phone, but not new Samsung.

This is only possible with devices that are not using the Universal add-on.

If your new Samsung device is requested to download the Universal add-on, permission will be always required.
