Android to Android unable to control

Hi all,

I have just bought a new phone for my father and I installed Qucik support. I tested it and I was able to control that mobile here in UK

I shipped the phone to Span where my father lives. Now sadly I can only see but I am unable to control and configure the phone for him.

What can I do?
