How to bulk remove host software from client PC

Hi

We have a customer we no longer manage and have to offboard them as a customer.

We have installed on all their Windows devices our customised Teamviewer Host application branded by us.

We have set a generic password to access remotely and make changes to teamviewer.

How can we remove the software from all PC's without logging back into all of them or reset the passwords to blank.

We no longer have direct access to their network : ie: we no longer manage them and do not have authority to connect to each PC.

We do not want to have to do it one at a time and schedule with them when they maybe available, it's extremely messy, inconvenient and unproductive to hit approx 100 PC's just to offboard them.

it's the only program left we have to clean out, all the others were able from our portal.

    Hello @IamYoungie,

It is only possible to bulk deploy unattended access passwords.

It is unfortunately not possible to bulk remove unattended access passwords.
