Lost functionality on TV - different password for different users
We are a long time users of TV (since version 4 or 5). Our use of TV is mainly for providing tech support for our customers, not only using quick support mas mostly using TV Host.
This is a common scenario:
We need to provide unattended support for a customer, using TV. But there is another company that also uses TV and also needs to connect to the same customer. Of course each company has its own license - and it is not supposed that the access password to be shared between different companies.
Version 6 or 7 implemented a functionality that solves this issue: it was possible to create several passwords to access the same PC. This was something that our customers liked: they could have different passwords for different technicians - and if they want to remove access to a company, they could - just delete the associated password.
Version 15 bring a "functionality downgrade" - now if we need to access an unattended PC we can: a) use our account and b) use a SINGLE password. So we are back to version 5, and we need to share a password with other companies...
Customers are not happy, WE are not happy - at each new version TV is giving us more arguments to look for an alternative!
Please implement this feature again!
