I have 2 teamviewer accounts and my other account that I havent used in a while requested me to log in again. I dont know my password anymore and when I try to reset the password it says it sent an email but I never receive one (I checked the spam folder too). Please any advice on what to do now. Why did my session pwd change. I got the PC id and pwd from my office PC and tried to use it on my laptop from afar and it tells me the session is over and now its a new pwd. I thought once it gave me the pwd that it remains as long as the PC stays on. Is that not correct? Thanks oz
