Need help I forgot my password and get no password reset email

I have 2 teamviewer accounts and my other account that I havent used in a while requested me to log in again. I dont know my password anymore and when I try to reset the password it says it sent an email but I never receive one (I checked the spam folder too). Please any advice on what to do now.
