MFA for connections

Hi guys,

I’m configuring the MFA for connections but I’ve realized sometimes even though the device is enabled to have access, the TeamViewer don’t send message asking to allow the access. I would like to know if anyone else is facing the same problem.

    Hello @William_Rodrigues04,

    I recommend disabling the MFA and enabling it again.

    It might be a little bug.

    Hello @JeanK,

    It happens randomly. The TeamViewer send the message to phone, the user approve the access but nothing happen. The TeamViewer don't allow the access.
