How do I deactivate an device to replace with a new one , if I have 0 remining moves?

We got new pc's and we are unable to login as we have 0 moves remaining on our account.

Hello @Lika,

If you have 0 remaining moves, obviously you can't.

You need to contact our customer support and ask them to reset your moves to 10.
