I am adding an existing Team Viewer user to our organization using the link generated from add existing account.

Why is it that the users ID is not showing in the user management pending list?

Please help.

Adding a user and adding an ID are two separate things.

If you want the ID of the user showing in your Computers and Contacts list, you need to follow this procedure:
