Why doesn't the "submit a ticket" button take you to somewhere to submit a ticket?
Hello @greghare
Thanks for your post.
Please ensure you are attempting to access the TeamViewer support portal with a licensed account:
If this is an issue within the support portal, please provide a screenshot of the issue so we may better understand.
Thanks in advance!
THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION! Every link this community forum has provided does not work. I have been a TeamViewer Business licensed user for 4 years. What did you guys do? There are quite a few users with this issue as posted on your community website and yet you guys provide the same instructions with the same links and the end-users go round and round trying to submit a ticket. I tried calling TM Support - I was caller #21 - that should tell you something.
I"ll be looking for a different program in the future if you guys can't even provide basic ticket submitting. What did you guys do?????????
Please fix this ASAP. I don't want to leave TeamViewer as it does function as planned but when this breaks and I need help I expect a real answer and not the runaround. Just roll back to before you created this nightmare of a website support help.
Hello @serveradmin
We have verified all links and instructions are correct for submitting a ticket.
Please ensure you are using a Licensed Account - If not logged in with a licensed account, you would be reverted to the community.
If the issue persists, feel free to PM the email address you are attempting to use so we may verify you are attempting to log in with the correct licensed account.
Yet another case of a user who cannot submit a ticket here!!! I am using a licenced business account for over 2 years, and trying to cancel my subscription renewal. Something tells me I won't be able to do it on time... Why is this happening?
AGREE I can log into the management console, and the support site BUT NOT THE CUSTOMER PORTAL.
As such, I have no access to edit my billing details to update my license renewal. (as directed by a recent email for my renewal)
To clarify:
I can log in with my username and password with a registered active license account to the management portal and the support site
However, when I try to use the customer portal or submit a ticket in the support site (which redirects to the same customer portal login)
I am unable to do so with the same login information. I have used different browsers, and different computers.
I am a computer IT professional. This is not a "have you tried restarting your computer" solution ;) please investigate.
PLEASE NOTE: this link does not allow registered user to login
Original email directs to:
https://service.teamviewer.com/
which redirect to:
https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn/PopUp?returnUrl=%2Foauth2%2Fauthorize%3Fdisplay%3Dpopup%26response_type%3Dcode%26client_id%3D296342-d1oqaqFYH0fS06yQNX7U%26scope%3D%26state%3DZnJlc2h3b3Jrcy1oZWxwMTc1LmZyZXNod29ya3MuY29tO2U4UEI4a0lYb2tDMHB2L2J2M3BMR2M1eGFvcjU3bWZ2d3JERElSQm5RbGc9O2p5S0YycktzSDlWWm9sdmQ%253d%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253a%252f%252ffreshworks-help175.freshworks.com%252fsp%252fOAUTH%252f177803963570753262%252fcallback
Step #1 enter username and password (same as management console)
Step #2 choose sign in...
Receive a message, you need to select I'm not a robot (Not originally asked for)
Re-enter information (the same info) with the checkbox reCAPTCHA now clicked and return to the same url....
CYCLICAL RESULT....
Josh, please review my additional report on this issue, as it appears not to be an isolated circumstance affecting only 1 current user and requires some investigations.
