my old account kept asking for a 6 digit pin after it made me reset password. i have no such pin.
I created another account with a different email. I can log in to teamviewer with both computers with new passwords etc.
When I try to connect computers with remote control using passwords it says invalid password. now it has locked me out saying maximum sessions although I have never had one successful session. it happened on the 2nd try with a password.
I am heading out of town and need this working.
any suggestions?
