I use it purely to connect with my mom overseas and help support her.
Normally, these are the steps
- she starts her QuickSupport on her android(Samsung phone or tablet) and waits until the number/id appears
- i hit connect at my end
- A box asking her to allow pops up and she says ok(or equivalent)
- Voila!
As of today, step 3 is missing, so we cannot connect. 😥The status line at the bottom says incoming connection request or something to that effect. But no box or way to accept the call.
I do not see any indication if a commercial use was suspected.
Things were working beautifully yesterday. Anyone know what's going on or seen the same issue?
