My Premium licence has been revoke without any reason

I am using a premium licence of TeamViewer for the last three years and, without any apparent reason, my premium licence has been removed from my account (it is now a free account) only 6 months after my renewal. I call support and they told me that they "give my account" to another person in my organization.
Is that something usual for TeamViewer sales teams to give somebody accounts to someone else? Let just say that I am really not happy and I want my licence back ASAP.
