Remote control not working

Hello, since this morning I can't connect remotely to another using team viewer.

Both have internet, I ve updated the team viewer's version of both, I ve tried to connect in two different computer. No-one is working.

Mac -> windows : does not work

Windows -> Mac: does not work

Windows -> Windows: does not work

@JeanK , Thank you very much for your interesting... it is working now, I ve called the support and it seems there was an intermittent problem with teamviewer.
