how to delete an associated email to transfer the license to other email

We have a three user commercial license of Team Viewer which has been allotted to three users. One of the has left the company. we want to delete her account and add other user in place of her.

I don't think that we are part of any company profile. we activated our accounts through the link sent by Team viewer email: noreply-accounting@teamviewer.com
