to no avail, I've sent requesting a new password , nothing comes to either of my mailboxes...it's like the automation is down or something. So I am getting a different account to see if it will work.I got verification, when I click the activation button & it tells me to sign in, it gives me an error message that it doesn't match the records on file.....I am very disappointed in this system .I don't know what to do, should I uninstall everything & simply start over or what?
