I need to cancel my account. I didn't authorize a renewal... and your system doesn't even recognize my email / account to login anywhere. I had to create a new login just to get on here.

This is infuriating. How do I cancel my account... and get a refund for the unauthorized $588 I was just charged?

I'd love to submit a ticket... but everywhere I click submit a ticket, it brings me back to this community website.
