How do i cancel my Subscription

I need to cancel my subscription asap.  How do I do this?

This doesn't help me at all. My company paid for a license a year ago, and I just found out it auto-renewed. It turns out we never were able to get/use/activate or otherwise use the license we paid for. I need to cancel this auto renewed subscription. How do I do that?
