How do I see the pulldown boxes and icons on the desktop I'm controlling? I don't think its a security issue. Seems more like a graphics issue. Help?

That shouldn't be a problem on our part. However, you might want to update TeamViewer to the newest version, as that might fix it.

In addition, you should also update all your drivers on your system, especially your graphic drivers.
