"Blue [Connect] button" is not operational .

HI ,

I'm running Windows 10.0.19043 , with TeamViewer version 15.8.5 , whenever I enter my 9 digit partner ID the blue connect button does not work , and remains inoperative . However when I connect the same ID with my android device (as a remoter controller) it connects steadily.

The small green dot at bottom left [ready to connect (secure connection)] stays green .

this issue just came from June14 2021 onwards , before this date everything was smooth .

Please help regarding this, ASAP.

    Hi there,

    could you restart TeamViewer on your local device completely and try again?

    Also - if you have a 64bit computer, maybe you can try installing the 64bit version of TeamViewer (if it is not installed yet)
