Australian based user.
(Didn't realise I was dealing with a German based company)
I am trying to cancel my subscription, which it seems was been automatically renewed in April 21
because I failed to opt-out in the correct manner.
I thought the Team Viewer renewal emails were phishing scams so I did not click on any links and ignored them.
I initially subscribed for 1 year in March 2020, but didn't end up using the product.
Now I am receiving threatening debt collection notices from Germany.
Rang Team Viewer Help desk is Australia and have come up against a brick wall.
They are refusing to cancel the renewal,
Why is it so difficult to cancel my renewal?
I didn't Opt-in and they wont let me Opt-out.
Any one have a point of contact that I can plead my situation to?
