I have a new DELL AIO that repeatedly losses connection and eventually doesn't want to connect for a while. This is the only computer I have ever had this type of issues.
The user is on Wi-Fi, new computer and updated software.

In order to better understand your issue, could you please send some relevant error messages/screenshots?
I will have to contact the person I was having problems with.
I do have a copy of the logs for that day and time of the issues.
I get this message repeatedly.
This looks like an unstable connection. The person you are connecting to seems to have connection interruptions.
I have the same problem with the phone. I am sure the connection is fine. I had it on mobile data and wifi. Yet it keeps disconnecting..
