When I try to use the deactivate 2FA pages (yes theres more than one...), I cant seem to complete the process. sometimes the page just refreshes, others it says my recovery code is incorrect.
I know my username, I know my password is correct, and I know I copied my recovery key correctly into my safe. I have been a user of Team Viewer for a long time and my recovery codes were created quite a while ago.
Is it possible that my recovery code is no longer valid?
Any help that doesnt result in me creating a new account would be greatly appreciated.
