Dear Support,
I have a question regarding the teamviewer license. We do share a team license which is: [personal information removed] and it was working before till the license expired.
We ordered a new one and now when i try to connect remotely it's saying 'trial version expired'
Now when i try to update my license via the website it's saying 'update succesfully' on the teamviewer application. After the message i tried to connect again remotely and it's saying 'trial version expired'
Please help :)
