TV works properly on all computers apart from one?

Hi everyone. I am using the TV free version and have a situation where it is all OK apart from when connecting to and from one specific computer in my network. It doesn't make sense. I initially had the situation with 'commercial use suspected' but filled in the declaration and they have removed that. To try and simplify ....I have 5 or 6 PCs and one iMac on my local network and a couple of friends who I occasional help out. Everything is fine other than when I connected to one PC (called family room) which is local Windows 10 PC it gives (after about 3 or 4 mins) the session timeout error i.e. Your TeamViewer Session Has Timed out and will be closed ....and when I try to reconnect it tells me I must wait. …and the same happens when i try to connect to any other computer using it. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas how or why this is happening? Any help will of course be highly appreciated

For me, it sounds like that particular device you are naming was not reset. If you send me in a private message your E-mail address and ID, I could check it in our system.
