Connection issue

I have a paid account with Teamviewer.

Today suddenly I could not connect to my pc anymore (from my iphone)

There is no error message or anything that tells what the issue is. My teamviwer on the pc is active.

it just tries to connect and stops the process. Updated Teamviewer but no result

    It is hard to find the solution only here in the community from the information you provided. In this case, I would recommend contacting our support team so they will have a look for you:

    You can also check below

    • Is your TeamViewer latest version on both a remote and local machine?
    • Can you check if restarting the TeamViewer service helps?
    • Have you logged into your licensed account on a local device before making a connection?
