I have recently ordered a Remote Access license key by email account of [The personal info has been removed as per the community guidelines.]. But it is not received an activation email notice yet. I wonder the entered email address might be incorrectly typed, or it is still processing on the Teamviewer site for some reason. So, is anyone known how to solve this issue. I tried to call a support phone number but was not acceptable for the remote access product.
