I cannot download V14.2 from TV site, only 14.7. V 14.7 does not start installation on Vista. We supported many medical devices with specific hardware and cannot change the operation system.
Now I've downloaded and installed V13. Trying to use Update option but it gives error. On logs I see it cannot download file for upgrade.
