and teamviewer forces me to use a transfer

It is the second time in three months that because of windows I have to do a clean installation

always being the same device

When are the transfers renewed?

On the other hand, should I make a transfer even if it is the same device?

Another complaint is that there is no or no way to submit a ticket to support despite having a paid license.
