Can't Submit a Ticket/ Subscription Cancellation Request

I am unable to submit a support ticket, it just keeps looping back to the TeamViewer community forum. I held on the phone for an hour and nobody answered! I need to request cancellation of our TeamViewer Business Subscription. It should not be this difficult to simply cancel our subscription.

I'm having the same problem and sitting on hold to try to speak to someone as well. Were you able to get this resolved?
