We have a business licence, if i go to "about" it shows business licence there ans i am for sure logged in, but when i connect to a partner it logs me out every 5 mins just like it does as a free licence. What's going on?
Teamviewer are being a nightmare!
Wanted to downsize 4 business licences to just 1. Invoiced for the 1 and took the money but didnt assign the new licence so suddenly my Teamviewer stopped working. Raised a ticket, .......eventually....... got a response, it turned out they had assigned the new licence to a user who left us a year ago and to who's Teamviewer account I no longer have access. Now cannot get them to acknowledge that the licence needs transferring like yesterday so I can support users, they keep asking for invoice numbers, licence numbers etc (already on the ticket right at the start) and threatening to close the ticket.
Advice to all Teamviewer users: it's technically a great service but the bliing / licencing department don't have a clue what they are doing and won't acknowledge their mistakes.
Hello @m255, @GaryFaulkner and @Inkjet_Solutions_1,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please find how to fix this here:
I have two licenses for version 9. The connection has been appearing for some time as a free license. From today, the connections falls after a few minutes and forces you to reconnect.
According to this post (https://community.teamviewer.com/English/discussion/109492/complimentary-teamviewer-15-access-for-legacy-versions-to-be-deprecated), the license should be valid until December 31, 2024.
That certainly doesn't entice you to switch to an annual license...
We are having the same problem. We have two corporate accounts and the one I use does the same, makes supporting the UK NHS extreamly difficult. The other corporate account I am informed by a colleague does exactly the same.
When is this issue going to be fixed?
