Partner connection Times Out
I pay for a corporate licence but as of a couple of days ago one of my partner connections keeps timing out after a couple of minutes, and there is a message saying that it seems it is being used for commercial purposes, as if the connection were a free one, when it is not. Any ideas how I fix that?

Please make sure you are logged in with your licensed TeamViewer account in the software interface:
Once logged in, the system will recognize your license.

Thanks. I have done this, but it continues to time me out of my sessions within a couple of minutes, and this is now happening on ALL my partner computers. I get a box saying Your Teamviewer session has timed out and will be closed.

Are you maybe connecting with/to computers that have old versions (8, 9 or 10)?

@David_Bermingham1 could you check if you are connecting with updated clients?
If you are using versions 8, 9 or 10 in your connections, this would explain the timeouts.

I'm also experiencing the same problem with session time outs - this is very frustrating and I loose allot of time due to these frequent disconnects...
