    hi

    i have the attached problem, i have already tried to reinstall several times without success.


    I also removed the registry keys but nothing.


    My company owner says the licenses are ok.

    Sembra che TeamViewer sia stato usato in ambito commerciale

    TeamViewer viene offerto a tutti gratuitamente esclusivamente per uso personale e non commerciale. La maggior parte dei nostri utenti acquistano una licenza quando intendono usarlo a fini commerciali.

    Tuttavia abbiamo adottato delle misure per impedire che il nostro software venga utilizzato per attività commerciali illegalmente, ossia senza una licenza adeguata.

    TeamViewer è dotato di diversi sistemi di rilevamento anonimo volti a verificare se il software sia utilizzato in ambito commerciale. Se utilizzi regolarmente TeamViewer in tali ambienti, verrà visualizzato l’avviso che probabilmente hai visto prima di vistare questa pagina.

    Hi @Am92_Nicma,

    could you check if you are connecting with updated clients?

    If you are using versions 8, 9 or 10 in your connections, this would explain the timeouts.

    If this is the case, please update all your clients to the latest TeamViewer version.

    qualche tempo fà, in seguito alla segnalazione di presunto uso commerciale, ho segnalato il problema al Supporto Teamviewer. Ho inviato la documentazione richiesta per dimostrare che l'uso del prodotto avveniva per solo USO PERSONALE e tutto si era risolto. Da stamattina viene rilevato nuovamente, erroneamente, un presunto uso commerciale. Come posso risolvere il problema riscontrato?
