I tired to cancel my subscription but was told I had to give 28 days notice as per the agreement and a email sent in may 2021. Don't remember getting the email but will try to find it.
Even though I rang on the day my subscription and it was difficult to raise a ticket or even find where to cancel.
I am definitely go further with this. rather Draconian practice.
Anyone else had difficulties cancelling?
Easy to join but hard to leave.
I was going to use in the future when i had the need but not anymore.
