How to pop up an alert if another user is trying to connecting to a already-connected computer?

If user A is connecting to the computer PC1, then user B presses the button to connect the same computer.

1) How to let user A receives a message that user B is now trying to connect to PC1?

2) How to let user A to have an option to close his session and let user B to connect or continue his session?

3) How to let user B knows that user A is now connecting PC1?

There is currently no possibility to alert the users via TeamViewer in such scenarios.

The users will have to communicate through a different communication platform to prevent connecting simultaneously to the same machine.
