Access to a device without signing in?

Hello,
My department has a corporate license (5 channels).
We have several computers that are accessed by department staff and people not in the department.
One of the managers does not want to sign in to a shared computer because random people walk up to that computer (also use Teamviewer) to access it, and if he's signed in, all of his easy access computers are listed including his own workstation.
This has caused issues with users connecting to that computer because it's a "free" version.
What's the best solution to this? We play fair and renew our license annually.
