Teamviewer Host Error
We are an MSP and use NinjaRMM with Teamviewer integrated to connect to our clients computers. Today out of the blue one of our clients with Teamviewer Host installed, started to receive this error, "An error occurred while retrieving your license. Please restart the application or contact our support". This error on their end would pop up every 10 seconds or so. When we try to remote in we receive an error stating "Sorry, this connection is block. The account you are connecting to is blocked. Either you or your partner needs to use a valid license to establish this connection." We have tried to reinstall TeamViewer multiple times on the host computer with no success as well as our RMM. Any help would be appreciated, called and was left on hold by Teamviewer support for 45 minutes then hung up on at 5 pm. I have attached screenshots below. Thank you.
