Need to pay but cant access Customer Portal - Support are not really helping
For weeks I have been trying to access the customer portal so I can pay my subscription.
I type in my username, password, enter my two step authentication, this takes me to a page that Request for permission
'TeamViewer Customer Portal is requesting the following permissions:'
If I click Apply permission I am taken back to the login box, and the process goes round and round and round.
I have a job logged - #35779170 but its painful as nobody get back to me in a timely manner.
Thinking I might just find another remote system, as I am using up my time trying to give you my money.

What a joke. Multiple posts about submitting a ticket issue has been fixed. However, still get directed to the community page and not a place i can submit a ticket

Please ensure that 1) the TeamViewer account is activated with TeamViewer license before submit the support license and 2) clear the cookies and caches of your internet browser.
