I had subscribed based on being Finance Controller of DG Institute -trading as ***Information removed as per Community Guideline***

I had been made redundant on September '2020 (Document enclosed )

The invoice clearly mentions it needs to be reverse charged to " Reverse Charge - ABN Number: ***Information removed as per Community Guideline***

I am not sure why you are still chasing me for a corporate subscription-when I have left the company

You have actually tried to put up and send Debt collectors when all you need to do is chase the company which owns the subscription

Actually when I am trying to take a new subscription at this stage

I am offered a 15% discount online -I am told by your sales rep that I have to sort out this old invoice firST.

My question is why are you following up a invoice which I had subscribed as Head Finance -when I have been made redundant from there in September '2020 and your auto renewal was on January '2021

How can you hold me liable ?

As discussed, for me to get the other license cancelled in your name, and removed form the debt collectors, I can only do this if it is purchased at full price and under a different company/ABN.

As mentioned to you, you are unable to purchase any additional licenses online as you have an outstanding invoice that I have approval to get cancelled if you are looking at signing up for the ***Information removed as per Community Guideline*** per year Business license.

Please let me know if you would like to proceed, and I can have you up and running today, and have the other outstanding invoice for the previous Business license cancelled.
