Problem with the connection speed of Teamviewer business trial

I have tried Teamviewer business trial for a week and found that the connection speed is not much different from the free version, is there any way to increase the speed? Kindly advise.

    Hello @AMZ_A20,

    Despite what people could think, there is no speed difference between a paid and the free version.

    You could try to Optimize speed when you are connecting to this specific device.

    You will be able to set it up during your remote control session in your dashboard under Actions → Quality:

    If this does not work, you could also try to Disable hardware acceleration.

    You can do this in your local PC, in your TeamViewer settings under Extras → Options → Advanced → More:

    💡Hint: If the Disable hardware acceleration tip didn't work, please untick it again.

    Hi JeanK,

    Thank you for your advice. My issue was even with the bandwidth I have above but still my connection with my remote device sometime still get lag. Is there anyway to fix it?
